Abstract

This work aimed to report a clinical case of closure of an orosinus fistula using a rotational palatal flap. During the clinical evaluation of the patient, an oro-sinus communication hole was noted on the right side of the maxilla. This change caused stomatognathic dysfunction and allowed the passage of food and fluids through the nose. Laboratory, cardiological, tomography and panoramic tests were requested. The treatment was successfully carried out using the rotational palatal flap technique.
